POP YOGA
Ancient moves to a modern soundtrack, a POP YOGA class combines choreographed asana sequences with a carefully selected musical soundtrack.
Work at your pace, taking any or all of the options provided, and prepare to have the most fun you can have on the yoga mat!
RELAX YOGA
A restorative class guiding you through gentle stretches and postures to relax the body, mind and spirit.
No standing poses (sometimes kneeling postures), and beginner friendly – finishing with Savasana.
VIRTUAL MEDITATION
Beginning with stretches to settle the body, and breath practices to change your energetic state, then we find stillness.
A regular meditation practice can benefit physical and mental health, boost immunity and improve your ‘stress response’.
